Two illustrative masterplans have been formulated to show different ways in which the site could potentially be developed. They respond to the need for flexibility by exploring different development options within the prescribed Parameters (see Parameter Plans and text in the Design and Access Statement) and both contain the same elements of strategic landscape and public realm framework around which the new buildings will be developed.
